Key Responsibilities :

Category Management & Strategy Development

Define and implement category strategies to optimise efficiency with an end-to-end approach.
Lead processes to ensure the effective execution of category strategies.
Manage and oversee negotiation and RFP processes to achieve desired outcomes.

Candidate Profile :

Educational Background

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields related to the defined categories.

Professional Experience

Several years of experience in complex procurement or IT (pre-)sales roles.

Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the IT market and enterprise projects, including IT Services, Hardware, and Software.

Skills & Competencies :

Leadership : Proven ability to guide teams and initiatives toward successful outcomes.

Results-Oriented Mindset : Ambitious and constantly seeking improvement opportunities; able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Owner Mindset : Proactively identifies inefficiencies and works to streamline organisational spending.

Strategic and Analytical Thinking : Strong analytical skills to develop and execute procurement strategies.

Procurement Expertise : Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices is advantageous.

Negotiation and Influencing Skills : Capable of managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Language Proficiency : Fluent in Spanish and English ; proficiency in German or Portuguese is a plus.

Desired Experience :

Must-Have : IT Sales or Pre-Sales experience.

Nice-to-Have : Procurement experience.
