Sie berichten an den Manager des Process Engineering Teams und sind Teil dieses Teams, das für die Prozesse des Drahtbondens sowie des Die-Bondings von Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) basierten Filtern und Oszillatoren verantwortlich ist. Als Prozesstechniker im Backend benötigen Sie die Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln, um die Produktion zu unterstützen und ihre Prozesse zu optimieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie das Process Engineering Team in den Bereichen Wartung, Prozesskontrolle und -analyse sowie bei der Entwicklung neuer Verpackungstechnologien.

• Verantwortung für die Prozesse des Al-Wire-Bonding und Die-Bonding von SAW-Gehäusen.
• Beitrag zu den Anforderungen an neue und optimierte Ausrüstungs- und Materialspezifikationen und zugehörige Werkzeuge.
• Unterstützung des Process Engineering Teams und der Produktion bei der Verbesserung der Ausbeute, der Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung sowie der Fehleranalyse.
• Starkes technisches Interesse und Fähigkeiten zur Wartung und Reparatur von Fertigungsanlagen und zur zunehmenden Übernahme von Verantwortung für Prozesse.
• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit anderen relevanten Abteilungen, um eine hohe Produktivität in der Verfahrenstechnik zu gewährleisten.

Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering, you will be part of the Process Engineering team responsible for the processes of wire-bonding as well as die-bonding of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) based filters and oscillators. As a Process Technician, you need the willingness to act on you own authority to support the production and to optimize and further develop your processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance, process control and analysis as well as the development of new packaging technologies.
