Chief Marketing Officer / Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)
- We are looking for you, with a passion for digital marketing and a love for working with numbers
- You will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimising our PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Your tasks include the conception, implementation and optimisation of SEA and social media campaigns
- You will skilfully carry out various analyses and reports on campaign performance, which you will interpret and derive specific measures from
- You develop and carry out A / B tests to continuously optimise our products and processes
- You are keen to work closely with the creative, editorial and marketing teams
- You have at least one year of experience in performance marketing and very good knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Initial experience in SEO and analytics is an advantage
- You are characterised by initiative, structure, analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers
- You have a very good German and English skills
