As a Future Operations Analyst and Planner, you’ll bring your operational and tactical background expertise to work alongside thought leaders on projects for Combined and Joint Forces. You’ll use your skills and programmatic expertise to assist in the development of command operational plans, programs, and policies while providing operational insights to senior leaders.

Work with us to solve complex defense problems, and identify, analyze, and evaluate ongoing operations related to foreign threats to provide insights, options, and recommendations to senior decision makers as part of a combined and joint mission.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience with land domain maneuvers

• 2+ years of experience working at the Division headquarters level or higher

• Experience leading teams in the Joint Planning Process or Military Decision-Making Planning process

• Ability to rapidly develop plans, documents, and briefings for senior military and civilian leaders

• TS/SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Completion of the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I Course

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working with multinational forces

• Master's degree in Strategic Studies, National Security, or a related field

• Graduate of an advanced military planner school such as SAMS, SAW, SAAS, or JAWS

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
