Your tasks
- Carrying out root cause analyses and developing measures for sustainable error elimination in internal production processes
- Initiating improvement measures in the process and on the product in collaboration with production and feeding the results back into development
- Validation and optimization of product, test and process specifications and requirements
- Responsibility for continuous improvement in the error management process
- Moderation and guidance of problem-solving teams
- Carrying out approvals and acceptances in production
Your profile
- Completed studies in the field of engineering
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing and advanced quality planning (e.g. APQP)
- Experience in the application of quality methods and tools in relation to defect root cause identification and problem solving (e.
g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why or similar)
- Knowledge in the field of precision mechanics and / or optronics
- Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation, if possible project experience
- Knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent in German and English
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational talent
- Independent working style, coordination and integration skills as well as assertiveness
