For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for an Senior Data Analyst (m / f / d)with focus on HR Data in Böblingen.
Your tasks :
- As part of the global transformation, you will shape our global data model and support all business transformation projects – with a special focus on HR processes and data – to meet modern workforce and organizational demands.
- Act as a data analyst on transformation projects to support business users as well as our partners and suppliers – particularly in HR domains (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, L&D, Retention, Workforce Planning)
- Collect business and HR-specific data requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfill them efficiently and compliantly
- Analyze HR and organizational data, identify data quality issues, and define practical solutions (e.g., for master data, job architecture, succession, and performance metrics)
- Develop and maintain HR data and KPI definitions (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover, headcount trends) and implement them into our global data catalog
- Support the development of a scalable, integrated data architecture to strengthen our Digital Twin of the organization – especially as it relates to employee lifecycle data
- Collaborate closely with HR teams on data ownership, privacy, and quality processes and drive a data-driven culture across HR and business functions
Your skills :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or comparable – ideally with a specialization or certification in HR Analytics or People DataExperience working as part of a project team on transformations in HR (e.g., attract, onboard, develop, retain, retire)Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and data structures (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) is highly desirableProven experience with data analysis and data quality initiatives – ideally in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or Organizational DesignTechnical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques; Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plusStrong knowledge of and experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), databases (SQL), and programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks)Experience with statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, or R)Solid understanding of how HR data drives business value and supports compliant and strategic people decisionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a global and cross-functional environmentVery good English language skills; German or Japanese is a plusSelf-starter with an analytical mindset and ability to manage technical detail as well as stakeholder alignment in HR and beyondOur offer to you :
