Our client is a well-known group in the building technology sector. They develop, produce and sell innovative, high-quality solutions in a future-oriented segment. With more than 60.000 employees and a clear strategy in innovation and growth, the company has established itself as the technology leader in its segment. In order to further develop and implement this innovative and growth-oriented strategy, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as International Product Manager / Business Development Manager (f / m / d) within the Region EMEA.

The tasks

  • As a key team member at EMEA level, you will be responsible for developing and improving the associated product portfolio within EMEA regions
  • You will increase market presence by an aligned approach with local stakeholders and cross-selling initiatives
  • You will expand existing business by the development of new technologies based on market analysis
  • You will coordinate projects and their roll-out in close cooperations with local product management, R&D, sales and customers
  • Your contributions will directly impact on growth and leadership in the market as well as your visibility on top level

Your profile

  • With your entrepreneurial attitude, you are able to communicate business and technical matters and convince people by your inspiring personality
  • You have a background in product management or business development, preferably within the building industry with a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs
  • With your strong conceptual and strategic thinking, you develop a strategy, that aligns product portfolios across different business areas
  • As a proficient networker, you are able to develop and leverage internal relationships with key influencers and stakeholders across multiple cultures
  • You are fluent in English plus ideally another local language (e.g. German, French) and willing to travel
