We’re seeking an experienced growth marketing contractor with a strong analytical mindset and a background in lifecycle marketing for Coinbase’s German market, ideally with fintech or crypto experience. They will be familiar with A / B testing, incentive design, referral marketing, content-driven upsell campaigns and capable of translating complex financial products into simple, compelling messaging for German customers. The successful candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally with product, data, compliance, legal and global marketing teams to drive measurable impact across the customer journey.
Aufgaben
- Product Upsells : Ideate and execute integrated local upsell campaigns, e.g. for Staking, Recurring Buys, the Visa Debit Card, or Coinbase paid membership (CB1).
- In-App Engagement : Deploy Coinbase’s self-service platform, Iris, to execute in-app takeover screens, announcement cards, and stories, in addition to email and push notifications.
- Iterative A / B Testing : Set up experiments (Eppo, Datadog, Cifer), own measurement, and drive continuous, iterative improvements to campaigns.
- Incentives : Test and iterate different types of incentives (monetary vs. fee discounts vs. non-financial)
- Content : Ideate and test different types of educational content to support upsells for Recurring Buys, Staking, or the Visa Card. Test various placements in-app and across the user flow.
- Referrals : Own the local referral program, including testing different types of incentives and activations. Collaborate with DE and global BizOps to set up targeted referral campaigns for high-value clients.
- Owned / Paid Channels : Assess the potential to activate existing and new features across paid and owned marketing channels (i.e. website, affiliate partners, paid social media).
- Reporting : Provide cross-functional updates on future launches requiring localization, and results / lessons from finished experiments.
