Analog Design Engineer (m / f / d)
Your tasks :
Feasibility Studies and Technology EvaluationCircuit Design, Charge pumps, OpAmps, ADC / DACs, LDOs, DC-DC converters, motor bridgesProtection devices in CMOS technologies (high voltage, power drivers, NV memories)Concept development, circuit verification, lab characterization and debugTechnical responsibility for R&D projectsTechnical supervision / support of co-workers and IC layout engineersProvide technical support to marketing-, application-, test- and quality-departments and to key customersYour Profile :
Master degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or physics with focus on semiconductors or microelectronicsAt least 2 years of experience in analog designDesign experience in the automotive field is a plusExperience with the following tools and methods : Synopsys, ADE, analog and mixed-signal simulation, analog regression testsKnowledge of semiconductor physics and semiconductor technologiesGood verbal and written English skills.
