Your tasks

  • Administration, configuration and support of information systems
  • Care and maintenance of our own IT hardware and the software used
  • Close cooperation with suppliers on the basis of existing support contracts
  • Proactive monitoring and supervision of data backup
  • Ensuring the operation and functionality of the IT systems, the applications used and all connected subsystems
  • Independent implementation and collaboration in IT projects to optimize and expand the IT infrastructure
  • Creating and revising IT processes
  • Acting as contact person and support for internal employees in all IT matters, e.g. user training and advice, installation and administration of IT client systems

    • Your profile

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in a relevant computer science course, alternatively comparable IT training as an IT specialist or IT clerk with several years of relevant professional experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, structure, architecture and administration of IP-based networks, databases, Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services and IT security
  • Written and spoken German language skills
  • Quick comprehension, strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Process- and solution-oriented, systematic working style
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, willingness to innovate, assertiveness, ability to work in a team, commitment and high reliability
