Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for various roles across different sectors.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other tools for proactive candidate sourcing.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting relevant skills and experiences.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process, providing insights and feedback as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
