Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Sales and Marketing Operations Manager
to build out the revenue analytics function from the ground up. The successful candidate will
play a crucial role in establishing data-driven decision-making processes across our sales and
marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a strategic partner for our marketing, sales and customer success team
- Develop and implement data and reporting best practices across the entire funnel from scoping to tactical execution
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Salesforce, HubSpot, and Power BI
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Provide actionable insights to support sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Manage territory planning and sales resources optimisation. Provide comprehensive analysis of territory alignment decisions;
advise and drive sales quota setting process.
- Identify areas for improvement, and design and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support revenue operations.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing analytics or operations roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot Marketing (or any other MAP), Dealhub, and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus)
