HR Business Partner - 12 months contract (f / m / d)

Our HR team is seeking an HR Business Partner (12 months fixed-term contract) starting in November 2025 to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the management, providing HR support and guidance.

Your tasks :

Be the primary point of contact for leadership-related topics, providing expert advice to managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Advise on and facilitate local organizational changes.

Driving necessary actions in situations such as terminations, disciplinary measures, and more.

Playing the role of a facilitator in case of conflict

Engage with management on people analytics (e.g., demographic changes, HR KPIs), proactively initiating and driving relevant actions at local site.

Your profile :

You have at least five years of experience in Human Resources, including a first role as an HR Business Partner

You have at least a master’s degree in human resources or related field

You are fluent in French and have strong English communication skills

You are assertive and resistant to work in a challenging international environment

You are a team player
