We are a technologically innovative construction company that is building unique trenchless sewer rehabilitation projects across Germany. In our five-person IT department, we are looking for someone like you - someone who will play a key role in shaping the digital future of Aarsleff, handle projects independently and have fun doing so.

That's why we need you :

In addition to traditional office workstations, the support area also includes our 52 sewer rehabilitation plants and our domestic and foreign subsidiaries. This user environment results in a highly diverse and complex IT landscape. You will :

Independently manage, plan and implement exciting IT projects, including coordinating external service providers.
Responsible for the administration of the externally hosted IT landscape with a focus on Microsoft.
Take over the administration and support of Microsoft 365, Azure etc.
Advise specialist departments on the selection and customization of IT applications and support our users.

What you bring with you :

IT profile and Microsoft 365 professional! Do you have experience in similar roles, a degree in computer science / IT and are you motivated to immerse yourself in our corporate world? In particular, you already have professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 and a wide range of IT knowledge.

Always one step ahead : You are enthusiastic about new technologies and are ready to take on project responsibility. This requires a structured, analytical, independent and results-oriented way of working.

Communication talent : You are not only a crack at and behind the PC, but also know how to get your users and service providers on board and impress them with your competent demeanor. A very good command of German is required to really get everyone involved in the project on board.
