The commercial operations director EMEAI will report directly to the VP of Sales EMEA. This incumbent of the role is responsible for the design and execution of the Operational Go-to-Market strategy for the entire EMEA region, in collaboration with the VP Sales EMEA and respective regional leaders.

Commercial Operations Director EMEA

Supervise all Instruments (New products from our manufacturing) and Service (Calibration, maintenance and demonstration units) operations for Europe
Management of back-office departments, e.g. order management, sales enablement and operation analysts, trade compliance, logistics, warehouse, used equipment sales – leading a team of 4 managers and extended team of ca. li>

Support of the marketing and sales organization by providing innovative operational support and internal process improvement.

Improvements to the existing systems in terms of data quality and workflows, including Oracle, CRM and other internal tools.

Oversight the order management / sales administration for all orders inside Europe and India

Oversight of the logistics’ strategy for EMEA; including offshore logistic support for our manufacturing facilities in Asia and the US, as well as logistics services for maintenance, calibration and repair and demonstration units inside Europe.

Ensure the Operations department's compliance with all trade and export control regulations.

This role will directly report to the VP of Sales EMEA and will be part of the EMEA leadership team.

University degree in Operations Management, Logistics Management or Business Administration, is preferred.

English speaker, German language skills are advantageous.< /
