The Head of Sales Dach plays a pivotal rolein propelling PVO International's growth by operationally andstrategically managing revenue, volume and margin for assigned andnew Key Accounts. Operating independently, in alignment with ourobjectives, processes and policies. This role reports directly tothe Commercial Director.

Yourresponsibilities

  • Undertakeoperational leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamlesscoordination within the DACH team;
  • Providehands-on support for the opportunities and challenges of day-to-daysales activities, fostering a high-performanceculture;
  • Develop and implement a comprehensivesales strategy and product portfolio tailored to the dynamic DACHregion;
  • Conduct thorough market and customertrend analysis to enable agile responses to short- and medium-termdevelopments;
  • Lead and inspire the DACH teamthrough the impartation of specialized knowledge and personalizedattention;
  • Oversee operative personnelmanagement, negotiating and finalizing employee target agreements,conducting employee appraisals, and fostering continuous employeedevelopment and training;
  • Maintain keenawareness of the latest market trends and capitalize on emergingsales opportunities;
  • Collaborate seamlesslywith the team to transform market insights into captivating andprosperous customerprojects.

  • Demonstratedability to navigate and resolve intricate sales challenges with astrategic acumen;
  • Proven track record inleadership roles (10+ years), showcasing effective team managementskills within an international businessenvironment;
  • In-depth knowledge of the DACHmarket dynamics and a nuanced understanding of the renewable energysector is preferred;
  • Effective communicationand interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and empoweringwork environment;
  • Results-driven mindset,propelled by a determination to achieve and exceed settargets;
  • Bachelor / Master degree in Business orCommerce.
