Team Lead

Do you ensure that our customers enjoy the best possible project implementation and service? Do you get your team members to take that extra step for an even better end result? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

You will be responsible for a Team in the German entity of Plat4mation. Your team will focus on delivering services at a specific set of customers and is part of a business unit. Additionally, as an organizational leader in Plat4mation you actively help in developing and implementing Plat4mation wide standards, and next to your own unit help the overall company.

We expect from our leaders to be on top of what is happening and actively stay involved in our core business. You lead by example, are a role model for our Core Values and are not hesitant to step in where needed. You will have an active role in supporting, guiding & steering sales and you will report to a delivery director.

In addition to building and maintaining your relationship with customers and your team and continuing to develop yourself professionally, you spend 50% of your time as a project manager, consultant and success advisor. You know how to balance between customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and results.

In your role as the Team Delivery Manager your responsibilities are;

Scheduling & Chargeability :

  • Scheduling of team members
  • Scheduling of projects, opportunities and internal tasks linked to the team
  • Accountable for Utilization of Team members (billable vs non-billable)
  • Responsible for team chargeability
  • Responsible for demand and supply

Recruiting & Onboarding :

  • Recruiting (interview) / onboarding new team members
  • On- and offboarding of team members (Employer, Project or Role related)
  • Delivery & Operations :
  • Delivery management at the customers of the team
  • Prevent, solve and de-escalate issues in delivery
  • Execution and realization of tactical- and operational policies within the team
  • Provide input for strategic management and HR on frequent bases
  • Manage, guide and control team members
  • Objectives & KPI’s

  • Define, Manage and Control the Key Performance Indicators
  • Realization of operational, financial and personal development goals within the team
  • Governance on service quality delivered within the team that meets short and long term organizational and market goals.

  • We ask

  • You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience with managing team members
  • Experience in managing workstreams or projects as well as pre-sales
  • Experience with working with KPI’s, project finance and professional services
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Experience with implementing ServiceNow is a big plus
  • You like to make others successful and happy
  • You are hands-on and prefers to have management activities in your job description
  • You are highly analytical, emphatic and have excellent communication skills
