Amazon Logistics is looking for an Account Manager for Middle East and Europe (MEU) to support Delivery Service Partner (DSP) recruitment initiatives. This role leads relationships with external agencies to help DSPs recruit, hire, and retain qualified Delivery Associates (DAs). The Account Manager will oversee a dedicated budget while developing scalable hiring solutions for our expanding delivery network.

Responsibilities will include :
Strategic Partnership Management
- Lead and develop trust-based relationships with minimum 5 Recruitment Agencies (RAs)
- Build and maintain partnerships with key internal stakeholders including Country Managers, Marketing, Hiring Events, Procurement, Finance, PR, Legal teams
Operational Excellence
Coordinate with Country Managers to meet regional staffing needs at the right timeDeliver DA hiring capacity through RAs while optimizing conversion rates, SLAs and cost-per-placementMonitor and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnelProcess & Technology
Drive ATS platform adoption among RAsCollaborate with Country Managers and tech teams to enhance recruitment tracking systems and reportingsLead EU standardization processesFinancial Management
Monitor and optimize MEU program budget utilizationEnsure timely invoice processing and financial reconciliationBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Completed Bachelor’s degreeExperience in Business Development or Account Management or Talent AcquisitionExperience running large scope projects with cross-functional teamsMS OfficeFluency in English (written and verbal communication)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing complex sales pipelines or scaling business relationships with proven resultsExperience building complex programs from the ground upExperience managing stakeholder communications with senior leadership
