We’re looking for a People OperationsPartner to be responsible for the efficient and effectiveadministration of HR operational activities within the localoffice. In this role, you will support various HR functions,including management of the administrative tasks associated withthe employee lifecycle, employee records management, benefitsadministration, compliance with local labor laws, business travelarrangements, ESG reporting, and many more. Your newadventure :

  • Completion of all employeelifecycle tasks, including handling HR queries, issuingdocumentation, updating the HRIS, onboarding / offboarding,conducting HR inductions, and fostering a positive, inclusive workenvironment.
  • Maintain accurate employee recordsin HR databases and drives, ensuring confidentiality and security,handling data changes, terminations, and archiving while ensuringcompliance with record management, security, and GDPRregulations.
  • Administer employee benefitsprograms ensuring appropriate onboarding and offboarding, act as apoint of contact for employees regarding benefitsquestions.
  • Manage employee business travel,including flights, hotels, visas, and ensuring cost efficiency andpolicy compliance, handle travel orders, reimbursements, maintaincontracts, and collect ESG data.
  • Assistancewith employee relations matters such as mutual agreements providingguidance on best practice and management of required documentation,being the go-to person for legal queries within Germany providingthe required support and guidance.
  • Ensurecompliance with local labor laws and company policies; assist indeveloping HR policies; and prepare and submit reports togovernment agencies.
  • Participate in HR projectsto improve processes and employee experience, assist withfact-finding, analyze data, and provide best practiceadvice.
  • Assist with globally aligned processessuch as probation survey launches, International SOSreporting.
  • Ensure all Tier 0 content remainsaccurate and up to date by continuously monitoring trends to ensureit is fit for purpose, and taking ownership of the management ofaudit requirements and follow-upactions.
  • Office tasks like distribution of mailreceived in the local office to appropriate departments foraction.

Does this sound likeyou?

  • 2+ years of experience in asimilar role
  • Proficiency in both English andGerman languages
  • Understanding of local laborlaws and employment regulations
  • Proven trackrecord in managing employee lifecycle tasks, includingonboarding / offboarding, HRIS updates, and handling HRqueries
  • Familiarity with employee benefitsadministration and compliance
  • The ability tohandle sensitive information confidentially and in line with GDPRrequirements and data privacyregulations
  • Strong communication andcollaboration skills to foster a positive and inclusive employeeexperience throughout the organization
  • Solidorganizational skills with extreme attention todetail
  • Capability of providing guidance on bestpractices in employee experience and processimprovement
