Deployment Cluster Manager, Order to Cash (OTC)
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Global implementation of the Foundation Integration Business Solution
Mange and execute regional implementation strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives focused on Capbility related processes and solutions.
Supervise the planning, execution, and closure of projects within the region, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
Ensure that regional goals and strategies align with the broader global objectives of the Global Transformation Office, fostering a unified approach.
Asses and improve implementation processes and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the region.
This position will oversee the execution of regional training within Capability related processes and solutions.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor the regional implementation team, promoting a collaborative work environment, and providing opportunities for growth and development.
Optimize allocation of resources, including staff, budget, and equipment to ensure effective and efficient project implementation.
Regional Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders within the region, including clients, vendors, and internal team members, fostering strong relationships.
Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to ensure a cohesive approach to regional implementation.
Respond swiftly and effectively to any crises or emergencies that may affect the implementation within the region, ensuring minimal disruption.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Identify potential risks and challenges, creating mitigation strategies to prevent or minimize negative impacts on projects.
Recognize and adapt to the unique cultural, economic, and market conditions within the region to ensure appropriate implementation strategies.
Establish and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction within the region, ensuring that the implementation meets or exceeds customer expectations.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Six Sigma, Lean training
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :
- 5+ years of experience in implementing or managing Supply Chain related business solutions
- In-depth knowledge of SW business process and well versed with industry leading practices.
- Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired.
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of business, technology, and consulting resources across multiple work-streams.
- Proven ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly, excellence relationship management skills
- Demonstrate ability to influence change, supporting implementation of new concepts, tools and transforming culture.
- Stay abreast of platform updates and new features to propose continuous improvements.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues related to the Capability process.
- Ability to provide support to business users and address system-related concerns.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to address issues with tact and diplomacy in order to reach consensus across wide range of diverse business teams
- Knowledge of ERP operating systems tools and databases
- Experience 1 or more end to end implementation lifecycle across multiple geographies while leading a process / function domain
- Ability to lead the technology teams as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
TECHNICAL / SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
- Holds an in-depth knowledge of OTC business processes and has ability to work with diverse functions
- Owns alignment with Regional teams and Global teams on the prioritization and timing of detail features & capabilities to meet current and future state customer needs.
- Deep experience in OTC process / function domain with at least some exposure to OTC process enabling technology (., High Radius and Oracle ERP Cloud
- Well versed with FBDI approach and lead the conversion activities in OTC process area.
- Work closely with technical teams for extensions, integrations, and reporting.
- Prior experience building, implementing, and tracking plans for large and complex programs that span multi-year, multiple geographies and have multiple delivery and support partners.
- Ability to lead the technology teams as well as partner at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plans.
- Ability to analyze trends, data, and reports to come up with compelling solutions to complex problems.
- Balances and monitors complex requirements, flexibility and deadlines for our company (domestic and foreign) with the need to develop company-wide standard, shared solutions utilizing similarly configured software and similar processes and procedures for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Manages the acceptance of change brought about by business process improvements across all S-W levels while building synergistic relationships within our company
- Participates in the implementation of system upgrades and future enhancements, as well as rollouts of business applications to other operating units or countries.
Balance and monitor complex requirements, multiple tasks and deadlines for our company with the need to develop company-wide standard, shared solutions.
