KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Gas Services Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you are a Senior Performance Controller & Digital Controlling Analyst for our Execution Unit Gas Services Distributed and act as a close finance partner to the operational management. You combine deep financial understanding with a strong digital and analytical mindset to ensure transparency, steer performance and continuously improve our controlling and reporting landscape.You will work hands-on in forecasting, reporting and planning, while actively shaping Power BI–based insights, automation and data quality. Close collaboration within Finance as well as with other Execution Units ensures alignment and best-practice sharing beyond your direct scope. How You’ll Make an Impact
Act as the primary Performance Controlling contact for one Execution Unit, partnering closely with Execution Unit managementEnsure reliable actuals, forecasting and planning for Service and New Unit business at Execution Unit level, including technical ownership of forecast loads and data validationPrepare and deliver monthly performance reports, forecasts, ad-hoc analyses and management presentations with a strong focus on KPIs, drivers and deviationsChallenge assumptions, explain financial developments and actively support fact-based decision makingContinuously improve controlling, reporting and management review processes, driving standardization, efficiency and qualityDrive digitalization and automation initiatives ( Power BI, data models, reporting logic), while collaborating closely with Finance colleagues across Execution Units and central functionsWhat You Bring
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field (Master’s degree is a plus)Long-term experience in Performance Controlling and / or operational Finance, ideally in an industrial or project-based environment, with strong exposure to planning, forecasting and actualsProven experience working closely with operational and Execution Unit management, including consolidation and performance steeringStrong digital and analytical mindset with a clear interest in data-driven finance and digital transformationHands-on experience with MS Fabric / Power BI (data models, measures, visuals) and solid understanding of ERP and financial systemsProactive, structured and business-oriented personality with strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, resilience in deadline-driven environments, and fluency in English (German is a plus)
