Walker Cole International is delighted to be searching for a Site Director to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in northern Germany. As the Site Director, you will lead site operations for a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
Your responsibilities as the Site Director will be :
- Site leadership of manufacturing, operations, MSAT, engineering and quality department heads.
- Lead, build and strengthen the site senior management team.
- Drive a collaborative, excellence culture across the site.
- Lead global projects and operational excellence across the site.
- The Site Director will have P&L and budget responsibility for site operations.
- Oversee site compliance for legal, health & safety, GMP and regulatory bodies.
