For our partner company in the healthcare sector we are looking for a Sales Manager (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
The company is a manufacturer of an innovative software which is used by hospitals and healthcare facilities facilities.
Your responsibility is the care of existing customers who use the software solution in use. You act as the main contact person for the customers and are also the link between the sales team and the technical departments such as product management.
In this position you can 100% from the home office (remote) work.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Main contact person for existing customers for all eHealth software issuesBuilding and consolidating customer relationshipsProviding ongoing advice to customers on the company's product and service portfolioWorking directly with the technical teams, in particular with product management, to implement customers' individual software requirementsIdentifying up- and cross-selling opportunities and implementing themExchange with the sales department as part of customer support, e.g. on the topics of KPIs, marketing plans, contract management, reporting and much more.Your profile
Several years of experience in technical software salesKnowledge of existing customer support and relationship managementCommunicative character and good analytical skills as well as good technical understanding to understand customer needsOpen to little travel during the quarterVery good written and spoken German and fluent in English
