For our Munich office we are looking for a customer support engineer (f / m / d) in full time.
Responsibilities
- Install and service cryostats at customers sites
- Provide training and documentation for our products in a clear professional and customer-friendly manner
- Handle enquiries and solve technical problems via phone email and on-site visits maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure
- Act as a point of contact to customers ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while preserving positive relationships
- Report technical and organizational issues as well as opportunities across the teams (engineering production product sales)
- Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction balancing technical excellence with diplomatic communications
