Your mission

• Develop and lead the financial planning and budgeting process
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, as well as ad-hoc financial reports to review and analyze our financial health including variance reports, and initiating actions where needed
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Support the Finance Lead and CFO in the preparation of the financial updates presented in our shareholder meetings
• Organise and lead the monthly finance calls with our shareholder controllers
• Prepare our weekly Sales Pipeline calls with our management and sales team
• Provide strategic financial guidance to our management and challenge our management using analytical insights
• Act as a business partner with other departments and provide financial expertise and support to other departments
• Be a sparring partner to our business development and create product-based financial plans and reporting

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with focus on finance, controlling, accounting or auditing
• Professional experience of 2-3 years in a finance role in a B2B- and SaaS-based joint-venture or startup with a digital business model
• Solid understanding of accounting rules and principles according to HGB
• Min. 2-3 years hands-on experience in financial controlling
• Very good German and English language skills
• Very strong analytical mindset
• Willingness to quickly learn and grow with our company
• First experience with Datev and digital invoicing tools and processes
