The position we are presenting today represents a strong opportunity to join a boutique law firm as Litigation Lawyer . Our client is an independent law firm well established in Luxembourg , recognized for its expertise in civil and commercial litigation. The firm advises a demanding local and international clientele, including companies, institutions and executives, on sensitive and complex matters requiring strategic thinking.

The structure remains deliberately human-sized , allowing lawyers to work closely together, exchange ideas freely and remain fully involved in their cases. The firm has also invested in digital tools and legal technologies to optimize workflows, enabling its lawyers to focus on legal analysis, strategy and advocacy rather than repetitive tasks.

As part of the reinforcement of its litigation practice, the firm is looking to welcome an experienced Litigation Lawyer who wishes to work in a focused, intellectually demanding and collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities | Litigation – Law Firm – Commercial Law – Associate - Lawyer

• You will handle litigation files independently , working directly with the partner and remaining closely involved at every stage of the proceedings.
• You will be responsible for building the legal reasoning and procedural approach of your cases, adapting your strategy according to the stakes.
• You will act as a key internal figure within the team , supporting, motivating and guiding other lawyers on their files, and contributing to a positive and demanding working dynamic.
• You will contribute to the visibility and development of the practice , through client interactions, professional networking and participation in external events, in coordination with the Partner.
