Sales Director

As Chief of Staff, you'll work hand-in-hand withMetalshub's Founders and Leadership Team driving strategicinitiatives that shape growth and play a key role in transformingthe metals mining and recyclingindustry.

YourMission :

• Strategy Steering : Take ownership of key strategic processes including setting andtracking OKRs, ensuring alignment across alldepartments.
• Investor Relations : Collaboratewith the Founders on building and maintaining strong relationshipswith our investors, supporting fundraising and communicationefforts.
• Commercial Projects : Lead criticalbusiness initiatives such as go-to-market strategies, marketexpansion, and business development projects to accelerategrowth.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Stay closeto performance data, analyze key drivers, and translate insightsinto actionable recommendations.
• ProblemSolving : Partner with departments to unblock challenges, driveimpact, and ensure smooth execution of cross-functionalprojects.
• Leadership Support : Act as a soundingboard and trusted advisor to the Founders and leadership team,managing competing priorities and enabling betterdecisions.
• You have a minimum of 4 years ofexperience in fast-paced environments such as managementconsulting, startups, or scale-ups with a strong focus on strategyand execution.
• Highly analytical andquantitatively adept with a solution-oriented problem-solvingmindset and a high level of energy.
• A trackrecord of taking ownership and improving processes oroutcomes.
• Skilled at managing diversestakeholders and using constructive feedback and guidance to driveresults.
• Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills in English andGerman.
