Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for administrative customs processing, working closely with our head office in Biberach/Baden
- You are responsible for organizing and supervising the transport of our products and service suppliers
- You create delivery documents and take over the picking process
- You register the goods with our forwarders
- You control the incoming and outgoing goods according to quantity and quality
- You post the goods receipts and goods issues in the ERP system SAP
- You check optimal storage conditions and work closely with the warehouse's skilled workers
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial profession, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk. Alternatively, you have successfully completed training in the field of logistics
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of logistics and customs clearance
- Good knowledge in the use of MS Office is required, a confident handling of SAP is desirable
- You have a high level of commitment, are characterized by strong communication skills and work in a very structured manner
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are indispensable in our international environment
