In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of multiple leadership programs aimed at both frontline and mid-level leaders.
Delivery of programs will include both virtual and in person delivery.
A key aspect of the role involves applying industry-specific knowledge and best practices to recommend customized leadership learning solutions that includes developing group-based sessions, individual coaching opportunities, and organization-wide initiatives to foster leadership development.
Relationship management will also be a significant focus of your role, particularly in a consulting capacity, building and nurturing productive partnerships across various stakeholders, including peers, key partners, and internal leaders across multiple countries.
Encouraging a culture of innovation and maintaining a growth mindset will also be key aspects of your role. This will require continuous research into industry trends and the recommendation of assessment tools that align with organizational objectives.
