We are Glckstoff a young startup focused on selling ergonomic pillows. Our products help people sleep better and avoid neck or back pain. We mainly operate as an Amazon Brand and are growing rapidly. Now were looking for someone to support our account management and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Tasks

Flat Files : Uploading managing and fixing Flat Files to resolve issues like listing errors or categorization problems quickly and efficiently.
Listing Management : Creating optimizing and maintaining product listings on Amazon including keywords images and descriptions.
ProblemSolving : Independently identifying and resolving issuesor addressing them when pointed out. This includes working with Amazon Support if necessary.

Requirements

Experience working with Amazon including Seller Central listings and Flat Files.

Strong technical skills particularly with Flat Files and Excel.

The ability to identify and solve problems independently.

Proficiency in English (or German) to ensure clear communication with the team.
