Come join afantastic team! We are driving together with our partnersinside the global HR team at Leica Microsystems and Danaher thenext HR Operations level within our company. We are a flexible anddynamic HR team with a strong background of Danaher’s toolkits forour core processes and interesting projects in the pipeline toallow you to grow within our team and leave a footprint for ourorganization.

YOURRESPONSIBILITIES

  • HROperations & DBS : You develop & implementstandard & high-quality work processes and procedures(including the creation and storage of contractual documents &assurance of up-to-date data in the HR ITsystems).
  • Employee point ofcontact : You act as a competent point of contact foremployees regarding concerns and questions thatarise.
  • Payroll Germany, timemanagement and operational support for company pension andbenefits : You are responsible for the coordination,implementation and quality control of time management and monthlypayroll for the relevant employees as well as the operationalsupport for company pension schemes andbenefits.
  • Compensation processes andHR Analytics Germany : You are responsible for theoperational implementation of the compensation processes definedfor Germany and development & assurance of HR reporting andanalytics for Germany.
  • Projectwork : You manage individual, defined projects within yourown area of responsibility and actively participating in moreextensive national and, if applicable, international projects (e.g.introducing digital HR processes,etc.).

YOURPROFILE

  • University graduate orcompleted vocational training and relevant additionalqualification
  • Multiple years of professionalexperience in HR and payroll or relatedfield
  • Know-how in payroll accounting,collective bargaining, income tax and social security law as wellas employer relations including cooperation with works councils andrelevant project managementexperience
  • Knowledge of relevant IT tools(e.g., SAP R / 3 HR, Workday, ATOSS)
  • Fluent inGerman and very good Englishskills
