Our client, an international provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services, is currently looking for a :

Senior Corporate Officer - German Speaking (m / f)

Mission

Responsibilities

Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions

Organise board and shareholder meetings

Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register

Drafting corporate documents and agreements

Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments

Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order

Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements

Profile

Profile

Degree educated in Law

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position such as a law firm, accounting firm or fiduciary

Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements

Fluent in written and spoken German - French and / or English would be a real plus

Proven ability to work independently as well as with the team

PC literate
