About your tasks

  • Shape our sustainability strategy : Lead the development of our overarching sustainability strategy ensuring it aligns with business objectives and upcoming regulatory requirements (e.g. CSRD).
  • Lead the materiality analysis : Oversee and enhance our double materiality assessment by integrating stakeholder perspectives and driving datadriven risk evaluations.
  • Steer compliance and reporting : Take ownership of sustainability disclosures in our annual report and coordinate audit processes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive governance and performance tracking : Develop and present dashboards that provide insights on progress toward sustainability goals linking them to key business metrics.
  • Inspire change and innovation : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving new processes supporting change initiatives and identifying opportunities for sustainable development.

Qualifications : About you

  • Proven experience in sustainability leadership : You have successfully managed teams projects and crossdepartmental initiatives in sustainability ideally within corporate or consulting environments.
  • Strategic thinker with compliance knowhow : You have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like CSRD and a proactive approach to aligning them with business goals.
  • Datadriven and outcomeoriented : You excel at transforming complex data into clear impactful insights that inform decisionmaking at all levels of an organization.
  • Inspiring leader and changemaker : Your leadership style empowers others and you are passionate about driving meaningful change in a fastpaced evolving environment.
  • You speak fluent English German knowledge skills are a plus.
