Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP Netherlands in The Hague !

As a Financial Analyst, you will have several types of activities :

1 / Activities reporting to Budget / reporting Manager

  • Participate in the preparation of the monthly budget reporting
  • Participate in the preparation of the yearly Budget and various PDC (Closure Forecasts)
  • Collect all the information within the organization necessary to fill the economic model used in Eco Headquarters to prepare economic studies (development projects, new businesses, asset or company investments / divestments) and the annual Long Term Plan (LTP) of the entity
  • Perform annual revision that LTP information is in line with Budget reporting model, with permanent anticipation
  • Participate to non-recurring transversal economic studies with possible optimizations
  • Realize the activities under the assigned SOX process (Accounting controls, DEP, FAS & RES-02)
  • Ensure and maintain a reliable and smooth coordination both with Headquarters (economist & LTP team, business, finance) and with all local operational correspondents (Development, Engineering & Planning Dept, Finance, Tax, Legal, Management...)

2 / Activities reporting to Finance & Corporate Affairs Manager

  • Assistance to the affiliate Compliance Officer
  • Perform regular compliance controls and prepares regular reporting to HQ
  • Assist in ensuring that compliance training is followed by the entity's personnel
  • Follow up compliance audit claims and help in their resolution
  • Work on the entity's risks mapping
  • Prepare information needed for company audits
  • 3 / Audit activities reporting to cost control manager and Head of Joint Ventures

  • Coordinate JV audits at our Partners request and ensures and maintain a reliable and smooth coordination with all involved correspondents in order to get the answers to be provided to the auditors of the partners and have an accurate view on what should be communicated
  • Coordinate JV audits on TEPNL request for Operated by Others JV's, providing the required documentation to the (external) auditors and ensure a good understanding of the performed audit process and the follow-up of the findings
  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of all the concerned dossiers
  • Perform quarterly and annually reportings to stakeholders.
  • Candidate Profile

    Expected qualifications :

  • Master in Business Economics / Finance or MBA Finance / Accounting knowledge
  • Technical skills :

  • Be familiar with Finance and Accounting concepts (IFRS requirements, financial statements)
  • Computing skills :

  • Skilled use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams...)
  • Comfortable with information systems and database (Accountings and reporting tools)
  • Knowledge of power BI is a plus.
  • Languages :

  • English : level C1 (read and write)
  • French : level B2
