Job Responsibilities :
- Regularly engage with and support offshore technicians and relevant Operations departments.
- Monitor service status within scope, coordinating maintenance, updates, upgrades, and replacements to ensure functionality.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting independently to identify, document, and resolve faults; coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and third parties as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis for SCADA and OT infrastructure issues and provide technical solution proposals as required.
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot offshore data centers, PLCs, and control systems.
- Standardize, monitor, and continuously improve predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead changes and projects in line with internal standards and practices.
- Develop, update, and maintain system and process documentation within scope.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers as required.
- Maintain familiarity with major vendor documentation systems and processes for interaction with OEMs.
- Support the creation of work scopes, bid packages, and oversee aspects of plant outages; coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with schedules.
- Assist in project scheduling within scope, ensuring alignment with other Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Contribute to the organization’s technological development of OT infrastructure and best practices.
- Provide OT expertise to new projects within the organization.
- Operate in accordance with ITIL, ISMS, and ISO 27001 standards.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or significant experience as an OT Engineer.Extensive knowledge and experience in OT & SCADA systems.Background in network operations is a plus.Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and an understanding of local acts and regulations.Strong technical and interpersonal skills with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Practical experience with SCADA systems and automation development (e.g., Bachmann solutions, EcoSui, and Zenon).Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment typical to a generation facility.Logical approach to OT environments and experience in Critical Infrastructure settings.Advanced proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
