Business Functional Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Functional Business Analyst with hands-on experience in application onboarding support . The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth onboarding of applications into enterprise environments while aligning with governance, compliance, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for application onboarding.

Coordinate end-to-end application onboarding activities including access management, environment setup, and integration planning.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams through implementation.

Assist with UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution during onboarding.

Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security protocols, and governance frameworks.

Act as a point of contact for issue resolution during and post-onboarding.

Maintain detailed documentation related to onboarding workflows, requirements, and process improvements.

Identify gaps in the onboarding process and recommend solutions for optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or similar role.

Proven experience in application onboarding support within enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure components, and application lifecycles.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.

Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
