Our client a global name in the industry currently have an urgent requirement for a Project Engineering Leader to join on a permanent basis. In this role you will take charge of an established team and play a key role in reshaping how project management is done across the business

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead and inspire a team of 10+ engineering professionals (with more hires planned), focusing on development, motivation, and performance.
• Drive delivery of complex technical projects (budgets between €100K – €3M) within strict GMP standards, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are met.
• Bring structure and strategic thinking to how projects are initiated and executed — you'll be at the forefront of reorganizing and professionalizing project management .
• Analyze current processes with Lean and Six Sigma tools and implement improvements for operational excellence.
• Guide qualification processes such as FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
