Über den Bereich

Der Mobile-Tribe bündelt in der Privatkundenbank Deutschland die Entwicklung nativer iOS und AndroidBanking Apps für für die Marken Deutsche Bank, Postbank, Norisbank und Fyrst.

Wir konzentrieren uns auf die Entwicklung innovativer Banklösungen, wie Multi-Banking, mobile Zahlungssysteme und Brokerage-Funktionen.

Der Tribe besteht aus mehreren Squads, die einerseits die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb derbestehenden Apps sicherstellen, als auch die Entwicklung neuer Apps auf modernen Google Plattformen vorantreiben.

Dabei arbeiten wir in cross-funktionalen, kundenzentrierten Teams und wollen unseren Kunde erstklassige, mobile Lösungen bieten.

Ihre Aufgaben

Implementierung nutzerorientierter, skalierbarer und wartbarer technischer Lösungen für neue und unsere bestehenden Banking-Apps unter Verwendung einer modularen Architektur

Führung und Anleitung der Delivery Function, Sicherstellung von optimaler Funktionalität und Effizienz

Sicherstellung von Codequalität und Wiederverwendbarkeit sowie kontinuierliche Teilnahme an Code-Reviews

Du gibst die technische Richtung vor, treibst die Systemarchitektur voran, bist Vorreiter bei den Best Practices und beeinflusst andere Entwickler

Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, Product Ownern, Scrum Mastern, UX / UI Designern, QA und Security Specialists in einer agilen Arbeitsumgebung

Teilnahme an Developer Guilds zum Wissensaustausch mit dem Team

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Natives iOS-Entwicklung (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, RxSwift / Combine) sowie in objektorientierter Programmierung, Software-Architektur und Design-Patterns

Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Arbeit unseren und Deinen Standards der Softwareentwicklung gerecht wird und den Best Practices folgt

Unit Tests, Clean code, GIT, Jira, CI / CD sind keine fremden Wörter für Dich

Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der iOS Entwicklung mit und hast schon praktische Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung verschiedener Projekte in einem (agilen) Entwicklungsteam gesammelt

Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du hast eine ausgeprägte fachliche Expertise in der Mobile Entwicklung und bei der Konzeption neuer Lösungen

Details of the role and how it fits into the team

The mobile tribe is responsible for the development of native iOS and Android Apps for our private customer bank in Germany.

We develop end-user Banking apps for Deutsche Bank, Postbank, Norisbank and Fyrst brands. We focus on the development of innovative banking solutions such as multi-banking, mobile payment systems and brokerage functions.

The tribe consists of several squads, which on one hand are responsible for further feature development and operation of the existing apps as well as the development of new apps.

We work in cross-functional, customer-centric teams and want to offer first class mobile solutions to our esteemed customers.

Your key responsibilities

Implement user centric, scalable and maintainable technical solutions for new and our existing native banking apps using a modular Architecture

Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery function, deliver with optimal functionality & efficiency

Ensure top performance, code quality, reusability and continuously participate in code reviews

Provide technical direction, drive system architecture, spearhead the best practices and influence fellow developers

Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Owner, Scrum Master, UX / UI designers, QA and security specialists in an agile work environment

Participate in developer guilds and enjoy learning / sharing knowledge with the team

Your skills and experiences

You have very good knowledge in native iOS development (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, RxSwift / Combine) as well as in object-oriented programming, software architecture and design patterns

You make technical decisions regarding architecture and implementation together with your team (or iOS chapter)

Unit tests, clean code, GIT, Jira, CI / CD are not foreign words for you

You have several years of professional experience in iOS development and have already gained practical experience in the implementation of various projects in an (agile) development team

You have a very good command of written and spoken English

You have a strong technical expertise in mobile development and in designing new solutions
