Responsibilities
- ServiceNow project delivery
- Leads ServiceNow engagement from inception to completion and ensures high satisfaction with our delivery.
- Provides strategic guidance on business objectives and realization of Now platform benefits.
- Project controlling (Scope, Time, Budget, Quality).
- Identifies project needs and develops staffing and training plans jointly with people & culture.
- Regularly communicates with the customer about project status, issues, risks, and roadmap adherence.
- Supports Sales & Marketing with targeted campaigns, webinars, white papers, etc.
- Fluency in German & English.
