HOPSCOTCH Season is an international communications agency whose multicultural teams are passionate about food, beverage, tourism, design and, more generally, the art of living. Your missions

1. Accounting :

  • Invoice entry, coordination and control of accounting (consistency checks, reconciliation, etc.).
  • Participate in closings (monthly, quarterly, annual) : Cut-offs, provisions, balance sheet vouchers
  • Reconciliation of local accounts with group accounts
  • VAT reconciliation
  • Customer invoicing, accounting entry, monitoring of work-in-progress and reminders
  • Follow-up, entry and re-invoicing of intra-company expenses

2. Management control :

  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget in collaboration with the RAF EMEA and the Agency Manager.
  • Prepare dashboards and monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Analyze discrepancies and propose corrective actions

    • 3. Financial monitoring of customer campaigns :

  • Support operational and sales teams in steering and monitoring customer budgets, and in preparing administrative and financial reporting files for subsidized campaigns.
  • Communicate financial and invoicing reports to customers.

    • 4. Other :

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures by local teams (compliance with processes, deadlines, timesheets, etc.).
  • Support and train local teams in group tools
  • Work in collaboration with financial teams (accounting / management control / zone finance)

    • Profil

    Profile required

    The ideal candidate may be self-employed or salaried. We are looking for someone who is motivated, ambitious, and willing, with the ability to integrate into a team and the desire to invest in the long term.

  • Accounting graduate.
  • 2 years' experience in accounting or more.
  • Fluency in French and English.
