Office Manager (m/f/d)
part-time based in Erlangen Germany.
Job Responsibilities
- Reception of guests and customers in the entrance area
- Postal service (international dispatch of letters and parcels)
- Ordering office supplies drinks and snacks for the team
- Supporting the studio manager with administrative tasks
- Ensuring a tidy and professional office environment
Qualifications :
Expected Qualifications
- Professional experience in a lively public-oriented service company
- Resilience organizational and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility independence and team-work
- German at native speaker level proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
What would be a plus
- General interest in video games
- Knowledge of accounting
