Data Analyst

About Accountable Accountable is revolutionising financial management for the self-employed. Our platform simplifies taxes, accounting, and financial administration for the self-employed - and we're even expanding into banking. With a proven product and a growing customer base, we are now looking for a Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision making.

About the role

As a data analyst, you will play a critical role in optimising conversion to paid, ARPA, and monetisation strategies by running deep analyses, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and driving experimentation. Additionally, you will support our Performance Marketing team by identifying patterns, improving marketing efficiency, and helping optimise our key metrics.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Experimentation (80%)

• Analyse conversion funnels, pricing models, and customer behaviour to proactively identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and recommend data-backed optimisations.
• Oversee tracking of key revenue metrics, including Conversion to paid, ARPA, cost of acquisition (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), Churn, and Retention in the company .
• Build dashboards and visualisations to provide real-time insights to the company.
• Take part in the Revenue Growth meeting , to come up with and implement data-driven growth experiments.
• Support A / B testing and experimentation within the company, ensuring statistical analysis of results.

Requirements

Who you are

Using programs such as Amplitude and Spreadsheets, you can turn raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.

You understand A / B testing, conversion optimisation, and monetisation strategies.

You have great intuition when it comes to building product & having a meaningful impact for the company / our users.

Proficiently in basic programming (Python)

You take ownership, work independently, and thrive in cross-functional teams.

You understand digital marketing metrics, CAC / LTV, and how to optimise acquisition strategies.
