  • Cologne The person we’re looking for prioritizes making things happen and dedicates themselves to supporting their fellow Cleverbridge colleagues. We want someone who is passionate about IT, is self-motivated, and who will help us accelerate our workforce on utilizing technology efficiently. If you're comfortable working on a broad set of IT helpdesk topics and want to tip your toes into business IT, read on. If you enjoy collaborating with different team members, from various continents, with different technological and cultural backgrounds, this can be the place for you. Your Background You are still enrolled for at least 2-3 semesters with an availability of 16-20 hrs. a week. Ideally your studies are IT or Engineering related. Hands-on experience in Helpdesk or 1st Level Support are a plus. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Service-oriented mindset, eager to learn more. You are familiar with the Microsoft technology stack, like Windows and MS365. Your ResponsibilitiesYou will help our IT Support team in Cologne to solve issues our employees have with their IT setup. You will make sure that users have the best possible experience with getting support from our IT Team, solving their issue quickly and efficiently. As a member of the team, you will work with our ticketing system and prioritize incoming tickets, work on them together with subject matter experts and communicate progress to users. You will have ownership for issues you are working on and own them end-to-end. You will be a point of contact for our users and follow up with them, communicate extensively and share insights with your team.
