Your Role
Leadership and motivation of direct sales teamsSuccessful application of your previous experience in the areas of software sales business development OEM / partner managementExpanding existing business opportunities and developing new ones is not a balancing act for you but the path to successYou design sales initiatives and ensure that they are implemented by your teams with a handson mentalityYou have a strong customer focus and can build and maintain longterm customer relationships at decisionmaker levelYou will be responsible for the regions sales in EMEAIdentification and acquisition of strategic customers in OEM / partner salesDevelopment and implementation of sales strategies to increase sales and market penetrationCarrying out market analyses and deriving recommendations for action to optimize the sales processPreparation of sales forecasts and regular reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)Your Skills
You already have several years of experience (8 years ) as a Sales Director (B2B Sales) or in a comparable role (Quota Carrier) in complex software sales and are familiar with the processes of the manufacturing industry (e.g. Industrial equipment Automotive etc.) on the customer sideProven track record in acquiring and servicing strategic clientsYou have the ability to build resilient networks and have a trusting and professional demeanorYou have excellent communication skills with your employees and at the customer levelTeamoriented way of working is a key to success for youIdeally you have gained some experience in OEM / partner sales or can imagine gaining a foothold in this areaFluent German and English skills are requiredIndepth knowledge of sales strategies and methodologiesAbout us
