As a UI / UX Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping userfriendly visually appealing interfaces for our innovative SaaS solutions in public procurement. This role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to create intuitive user journeys maintaining a design system and conducting user research to inform design decisions. You will need a strong understanding of usercentered design methodologies and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless and attractive interfaces.

Note : This is a fully remote role candidates can be located anywhere within Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create usercentered interfaces for webbased solutions focusing on usability and visual appeal.
  • Build and maintain a design system that ensures a consistent user experience across all products.
  • Conduct user research (interviews surveys usability tests) to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into optimal design solutions.
  • Analyze current design processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 35 years in UI / UX Design preferably in a SaaS or product company.
  • Strong expertise in Figma Sketch Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
  • Experience in creating wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes .
  • Practice in developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency.
  • Proficiency in usercentered design methods (UserCentered Design Design Thinking).
  • Ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive and userfriendly interfaces .
  • Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and familiarity with frontend technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Selfdirected wellorganized with a high degree of independence.
  • Native level of German (C2) and fluency in English (C1) .
