Chief Financial Officer (mfd)

• Lead and manage the finance departments of all group entities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with international standards.
• Take responsibility in budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Manage cash flow investments and capital structure.
• Support project-financing including guarantees bonds and letter of credits
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and board.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive project controlling including evaluation of KPIs.
• Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies across jurisdictions.
• Support mergers acquisitions and other corporate finance activities.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in finance business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role in a multinational environment for at least 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and corporate finance (especially HGB and IFRS).
• Excellent analytical strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Presence in either the Berlin or Dubai headquarters.
