Supply Chain Manager(m/f/d)
Job responsibilities :
Control and continuous improvement of the entire supply chain of the BU Prym Consumer Europe from the supplier to the customer, particularly with regard to the key figures Delivery performance DIFOT , inventory rate / DIO and complaint rate (external).
- Disciplinary and technical management of the Supply Chain & Operations area of PC Europe
- Exercising the role as Chief Product Owner Supply Chain of PC Europe
- Execution and implementation of holistic and integrated supply chain planning for the PCEU including rolling sales planning, aligning and control on requirements planning, inventory and procurement planning based on budget and 3-year planning (S&OP)
- Control and continuous development of the logistics service provider of the PCE and, if necessary, other companies of the PCE
- Planning and implementing changes in the European supply chain network (logistics) to ensure the strategic goals of the business unit (in- / outsourcing and relocations) in particular to ensure the omnichannel and expansion strategy
- Supplier management in coordination with Global Purchasing and Head of Global Supply Planning, in particular capacity planning and supplier evaluation and development at intercompany and third-party suppliers for PCE.
- Support in the further development and implementation of the global quality management approach for the PCE, in particular Business Process Management, Customer Complaint Management, Product Conformity Test and supplier quality management
Your profile :
- Successfully completed master's degree in supply chain management or similar
- Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP (R3 / S4) and other supply chain planning systems
- Experience in managing cross-functional supply chain projects
- Very strong ability to structure and analyze complex issues
- Business fluent German and English
