Your Responsibilities | Law – Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Regulatory – Banking

  • You will act as a trusted advisor to both international and local clients.
  • You will be responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, including loan agreements, financial contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Maintaining direct communication with clients , offering legal guidance on their projects will be part of your daily work.
  • You will oversee international transactions.
  • It will be important to stay up to date with new legal regulations and provide relevant advice.

Profile and Career Path | Law – Attorney – Lawyer – Finance – Regulatory – Banking

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as Banking and Finance lawyer in a law firm Luxembourg. This extensive experience will ensure you are well-versed in navigating the complexities of local and international financial regulations.
  • Your ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively in English will facilitates strong relationships and trust with clients. Knowledge in German and / or French constitute a strong asset.
  • Your exceptional organizational skills enable you to manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met without compromising on quality.
