YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will be part of the purchasing team and support the implementation of the global purchasing strategy for our station network
  • You will work closely with the category leads and strategic buyers and are the contact person.

Working alongside our stakeholders for one of our Construction & Real Estate product groups

  • You will be responsible for various procurement projects from the invitation to tender (RfXs) to negotiation and awarding e.g. in the areas of Construction Facility Services Security or Furniture
  • You will take care of enquiries from our stakeholders and support the entire Source2Pay process
  • You will be a key part of the communication with our on shore and off shore teams including service providers from our existing supplier network
  • You are passionate about cost optimisation and negotiation and are interested in introducing and implementing sustainable improvements across the business

    • YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You have a degree in business administration supply chain management (or comparable) or have completed commercial training preferably with additional qualifications or have already gained professional experience in (project or tactical) purchasing
  • You are characterised by a convincing communication style assertiveness negotiating skills and perseverance
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is a plus and you can also use other foreign languages such as French Spanish or Italian with us
  • You are a team player because only by working together we can achieve the best results and create a positive working atmosphere
