As a F&P Maintenance Engineer, your main focus is to determine the appropriate maintenance strategies and work on the correct implementation of maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our assets.
Ideal candidates will be knowledgeable about maintenance processes, equipment and are able to identify opportunities for improvement.
As a Maintenance Engineer in the Fill & Pack department, you have the following responsibilities :
Maintenance Performance and Reporting
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the required KPIs such as UPS, BDA, MTBF, maintenance cost.
- Create maintenance performance reports and recommendations for improvements
- Analyse and report coaching and training needs to Production (troubleshooting, CIL, CL) to enable autonomous operations
Asset Management
Ensure correct asset structure and maintenance plans are in place with the correct criticality classificationIdentify initiatives to optimize assets lifecycle and report necessary investment opportunities / needs.Initiate and lead improvement projects and act as point of contact for bigger CAPEX projectsResponsible for managing, reviewing and updating the maintenance service contracts with 3rd partiesContinuous Improvement
Drive the implementation of TPM tools and methodologyContinuous improvement of maintenance plans based on recurrent breakdowns and feedback from planner, mechanics, and MWG LeadsIntroduce and implement new work methods and maintenance technologies such as predictive maintenanceTechnical competences
Provide technical expertise and support for complex maintenance issuesIdentify technical competency gaps and coordinate required training for the F&P Maintenance TeamEnsure training and coaching of team members on SAPSpare-parts management
Review / create material requests and ensure correct classificationIdentify slow / non-mover spare parts in coordination with Technical StoreDocumentation Management
Ensure correct documentation, reports and certificates are available and up to date (CE, calibration, maintenance plans, drawings etc)As a F&P Maintenance Engineer, you report to the F&P Maintenance Team Leader and you are part of the Engineering department of Nestlé Netherlands.
What we are looking for in our Fill & Pack Maintenance Engineer
Engineering Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in areas of engineering, maintenance, reliability in an industrial manufacturing environment.Proven experience in maintenance planning and / or maintenance engineering.Proven knowledge of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies.Strong knowledge of SAP is a must.Knowledge and proficiency in data analysis, digital tools and visualization dashboards (i.e. Power BI)Spoken and written proficiency in Dutch is preferred and proficiency in English is a must.Excellent communication skills, team interaction and presentation skills.Ability to work independently as well as lead / participate in cross functional teams.Proven experience as a self-starter who effectively manages multiple tasks and achieves results with minimal supervision.The vacancy offers more than just a challenge :
